WHO ARE WE
We lived and breathed the elite athlete life, as did our families.
Kelly Porter
Founder & Mentor

As a former Captain of the Australian Women’s Volleyball Team, Kelly has lived the highs, pressures, and realities of performing and leading at the highest level. Her playing journey took her through national championships in Australia, international tours, NCAA Division I & junior college sport in the U.S. — shaping a deep appreciation for the different pathways athletes can take and the challenges they face along the way.
Today, Kelly works as a Performance Pathways Coach and National Junior Head Coach with Volleyball Australia, supporting athletes and programs to build clarity, confidence, and standards they can rely on—especially when performance feels hard or uncertain.
Holding degrees in Criminal Justice, Sociology, and Arts, and accredited across athlete wellbeing, leadership profiling, and youth mental health., Kelly supports athletes as whole people—not just performers—balancing ambition with wellbeing, and results with long-term development.
"I wanted to create something that was specific to the demands of being a junior athlete and more importantly, provide support that wasn't available for my Mum as a parent of a junior elite athlete. I wanted parents, especially those without a sporting background, to feel informed, supported, and able to enjoy the journey alongside their athlete.”
