1. Overview of the Stay Ahead Subscription

The Stay Ahead Subscription (“the Subscription”) is a monthly service providing:

• Athlete support resources

• Parent guidance materials

• Digital tools, emails, and video content

• Access to exclusive workshops, events, or Q&A sessions (where applicable)

• Priority booking for mentoring sessions

We may update or improve the Subscription features at any time to maintain the quality of the service.

2. Eligibility

To use the Subscription, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old, or

• Have the subscription purchased and managed by a parent/guardian

• Provide accurate registration information

• Use the service in accordance with these Terms

We may refuse or cancel access if information is false, misleading, or incomplete.

3. Subscription Fees & Payment

3.1 Billing

• Subscription fees are charged on a monthly recurring basis.

• Payments are processed through our secure third-party billing provider.

• By subscribing, you authorise ongoing monthly charges until cancellation.

3.2 Price Changes

We may update subscription pricing from time to time.
Any price change will be communicated in advance and will not affect the current billing period.

3.3 Failed Payments

If payment fails:

• We may attempt additional charges, or

• Pause access to the Subscription until payment is resolved.
   

4. Cancellation & Refunds

4.1 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account or by contacting us.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

4.2 Refunds

Because subscription content is delivered immediately, we do not offer refunds for:

• Partial months

• Change of mind

• Failure to use the content

In exceptional circumstances, we may consider refund requests at our discretion.

5. Content, Materials & Usage

5.1 Personal Use Only

All Subscription materials—including videos, emails, worksheets, resources, and tools—are provided for personal, non-commercial use.
You must not:

• Share login details

• Reproduce or distribute content

• Publish, resell, or modify materials without permission

5.2 Intellectual Property

All content remains the exclusive property of Lean Edge.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership rights.

6. Support for Athletes Under 18

Where athletes or parents access Subscription content relating to minors:

• A parent or guardian must supervise participation

• Any suggestions, tools, or materials offered are general guidance only

• We do not provide medical, therapeutic, or psychological treatment

• Parents remain responsible for the wellbeing and decision-making of their child

We prioritise safety, ethical practice, and appropriate boundaries at all times.

7. Disclaimer

The Subscription provides general educational, developmental, and wellbeing-focused information.
It does not provide:

• Medical advice

• Psychological counselling

• Crisis support

• Injury diagnosis

• Legal advice

All decisions made using our materials are the responsibility of you and, if applicable, your parent/guardian.

If safety concerns arise, we may advise you to seek appropriate professional support.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Australian law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for one month of your Subscription

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights guaranteed under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

9. Privacy

Your use of the Subscription is governed by the Lean Edge Privacy Policy.
We collect and handle personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
Parents must provide consent when a user is under 18.

10. Termination

We may terminate your subscription or access at any time if you:

• Breach these Terms

• Misuse Subscription materials

• Act in a manner that risks harm to others or to Lean Edge

Where possible, we will notify you before termination.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally.
Continued use of the Subscription after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
